Wesley is survived by four daughters, Evelyn Boyer, Waynesboro, Pa,; Anna Mary Hahn, Emmitsburg; Lois Lacey, Baltimore; Betty Gaver, New Windsor; four sons, Wesley M. Swope Jr. and Donald Swope, both, Waynesboro; Frank Swope, Brooklyn, N.Y. and Robert Swope Brunswick, 25 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
He is also survived by four brothers, Joe Swope, Wisconsin, George Swope, Quincy, Pa.; Michael Swope, Hagerstown; Roy Swope Jr., Rouzerville; six sisters, Annie Swope; Emily Swope and Frances Stuckey, all Waynesboro, Pa.;Pearl Harbaugh, Fairfax; Betty Forney, Rouzerville and Mary Kindle, Smithsburg.
Mr. Wesley M. Swope, 74, died Tuesday, August 16, 1983, at his home in Philadelphia. Services were held Saturday , August 20, 1983 in Philadelphia.
