Alfred W. Steinhardt, 82, of 79 A Dewey Street, Kiel, died Friday February 18, 1994, at the Calumet Medical Center in Chilton.
He was born July 5, 1911, in Kiel, son of the late Ferdinand and Leta Ladwig Steinhardt. He was a graduate of the Kiel Schools. On September 18, 1937, he married Alyce Kuester in Kiel. He worked at H. G. Weber in Kiel as a machinist prior to retirement.
Survivors include his wife Alyce of Kiel; one daughter, Sandra (Allen) Steffen of Kiel; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 2 bothers; Roy (Emma) of Kiel and Donald of Sun City, West Arizona; 2 sisters; Irma Berth of Peshtigo, and Dorothy Roeck of Neenah. He was preceded in death by 1 sister.
Funeral services will be held at Meiselwitz Funeral Home in Kiel with the Rev. Raymond C. Coombs officiating. Burial will be in the Kiel City Cemetery.
