Kiel—Mrs. Mathilda Schuricht, 73, widow of the late John Schuricht, passed away at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Schuricht, town Mosel, on Thursday evening at 6:15. Her death came after an illness of four months. The deceased, nee Mathilda Friederich, was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Frederich. She was born on April 30, 1870, in town Mequon, Ozaukee county, where she resided with her parents until the time of her marriage to John Schuricht on Nov. 4, 1893. Following their marriage the couple lived on a farm in town Russell until 1922 when they moved to their home on N. Fourth Street in Kiel. Mr. Schuricht passed away in 1932. For the past four years Mrs. Schuricht has made her home with her son and daughter-in-law.
The survivors include one son, Arthur, and two grandchildren, Lester and Elroy, and two sisters, Mrs. Francis Gilbert of North Milwaukee, and Mrs. Emma Schuricht of Sheboygan, and two brothers, Philip and Jacob Frederich.
Funeral service will be held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Schuricht of Mosel, and at the Ebenezer Reformed Church in Sheboygan. Burial will be made in the Kiel cemetery. The Rev. E. C. Jaberg will officiate.
