Dickie Gordon McLin, age 64, born December 26, 1945, Cleveland, Texas passed away January 02, 2010. Dickie was preceded in death by mother, Annie Purswell McLin and father Oree H. McLin.
Dickie is survived by his son Richard Gordon McLin of Houston, Texas, and daughter Stacy Shelton and husband Lee of Magnolia, Texas; Grandsons Aaron Coleson, Jacob Shelton, and Isaac Shelton of Magnolia, Texas.
Brothers Travis McLin and wife Karen of Lufkin, Texas; Charles McLin and wife Kay of Tarkington; James McLin and wife Johnnie Mae of Houston; Sisters Sylvia Head and husband Johnny of Tarkington; Debbie Poling and husband Len of Tarkington; with numerous nieces and nephews.
The McLin family expresses gratitude to Bill and Ella Trevathan, and the Irvin Haggard families for their friendship, love, and support to Dickie; also to Compassionate Care Hospice for their caring and ministry; and for the Respite Care of Jay Herman and Linda Lou Martin combined with the awesome support of the Faulkner family of Wells Avenue in Cleveland, Texas.
Dickie had many relatives, friends, and acquaintances throughout life who loved him. The McLin family thanks all for their care and support.
