Samuel C. Tindal, 74, 105 1st Ave. SW, died Monday at St. Olaf Hospital.

He is survived by five sons Merlin, Gene and Clifford of Austin, Samuel of Newport News, Va., Bruce of Whittier Calif.; one daughter, Mrs. James Houff, Maywood, Calif.; two brothers, Lee Tindal, Austin, Hollie Tindal, Rose Creek; one sister, Mrs. William Moore, Rochester; eight grandchildren.
