David Fitz died in the Carroll hospital Sunday evening about 9 o'clock. He had been ill there for several weeks but his advanced age of 83 made recovery impossible. He had been a resident of the community for many years and was a valued neighbor.
The funeral was held at the Friends church in Kendrick township Tuesday afternoon and burial was in the Dillavou cemetery.
