Chas. L. Meyer, 48 years old, died this morning at 11 o'clock, at his home, 301 West Delaware street, after a long illness. He is survived by his wife, two sons, three daughters, his mother, Mrs. Mary Meyer, who is the widow of the pioneer wine merchant, F. I. Meyer, of San Antonio, who died some years ago, nine sisters and one brother, all of San Antonio, except the brother, Ed Meyer. Mr. Meyer has made his home in San Antonio for a number of years and was a member of the Krankankassoa Verein. The funeral will be held from the residence Friday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock and following services at St. Mary's church. Interment will be made in St. Mary's cemetery.
