The Rev. Ralph E. Starr will officiate in the Lamm and Witman Funeral Home, Wernersville. Burial will be in Womelsdorf Union Cememetery.
Fehr was dead on arrival Sunday afternoon in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
Born in Berks County, he was the son of the late (Calvin) Alvin Thomas and Emma E. (Noecker) Fehr.
Fehr had been employed as a meter reader and water service repairman by the Wernersville Municipal Water Authority before retiring.
His wife, Daisy (Reber) Fehr died in 1942.
Surviving are three daughters: Elsie, wife of Norman Neichwender, and Madelyn, widow of Kenneth Steffey, both of Wernersville and Evelyn Fehr, Sinking Spring R.D. 6.
Also are four sons: Luke, Newmanstown George W., with who he resided, Vernon C, Schaefferstown, and Richard D, West Wyomissing. Nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
