Henry Martin Perrigo, was the son of Martin VanBuren & Susan Emeline Ridgell Perrigo. Henry married Gertrude Elizabeth Smith daughter of James Curtis & Juliette Churchill Raines Smith. Henry & Gertrude had the following children: Jessie E. Perrigo ([1907-1910] she died as a result of an accident); Frederick Martin Perrigo; Doris M. Perrigo; Myrtle Juliete Perrigo Young Cousins (m 1st Robert Lee Young, Sr; m 2nd: Billy J Cousins). Henry's cause of death is listed as Influenza with other contributory causes as Broncho Pneumonia. He was 61 yrs, 10 mos, 22 ds old at the time of his death. Mrs. Gertrude Perrigo of Shelbyville, Mo., is listed as the informant on Missouri Death Certificate #13721. Burial took place on 20 Mar 1936.
