Mrs. Audrey Jewel Haught, 80, of Pettigrew died June 10, 1996, at Meadowview Lodge Nursing Home in Huntsville. She was born Oct. 24, 1915, at Pettigrew, the daughter of Arthur McDonald and Della Russell Keck Shrum. She was a homemaker and attended the Pettigrew Community Church. She was the widow of Gayle "Booge" Haught, who preceded her in death on Feb. 27, 1995.

Survivors include one son, Arthur I. Haught of Pettigrew; one daughter, Mrs. Rheta Dutton of Independence, Mo.; two grandsons, Kenneth Haught of Pettigrew and David Clay Dutton of Independence, Mo.; two granddaughters, Mrs. Charlotte Martin of Pettigrew and Mrs. Mary Kathryn Bryant of Combs; four great-grandsons, Rocky Martin and Shad Martin, both of Pettigrew, Jedediah Bryant and Zachariah Bryant, both of Combs; and one great-granddaughter, Miss Audra Martin of Pettigrew.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 13, in the chapel of Brashears Funeral Home with the Rev. Layton Porter officiating. Interment will be in the Witter Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Kenneth Haught, David Dutton, George Martin, Rocky Martin, Dale Bryant, Chuck Stout, and Shad Haught.
