The older settlers are passing away one by one , on Thursday, December 28 the final summons came to Mrs. Frank G Anderson ,for many years a highly esteemed and respected resident of Chisago City .
The departed was not unwilling to heed the summons and she is now at rest dying in the faith of her master in whom she so devoutly and beautifully believed. Her illness was a long ,painful and trying one but she has now won the crown of glory and the good mother is now free from all earthly pain and suffering. Have children who survive all unite and fervent prayers of their good and tender mother who enjoyed the reputation of being a true Christian woman.
Mrs Frank Anderson was born in Lennaryd parish, Kronobergs LAN, Sweden, December 18, 1842, where she was also married and emigrated with her husband to the United States in 1869, arriving first at Taylors Falls where they resided for about a year prior to moving to their farm 2 1/2 miles north of Chisago City, where they have resided ever since until five years ago when they retired from active farming and moved to Chisago City .
