Mrs. Ettie Rebecca Lee, 81, of Flat died May 30 at her residence.
Services were held June 1 at Scott's Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Floyd Peltier officiating. Burial was in the Restland Cemetery.
Born April 28, 1906 in Leon Junction, she was the daughter of the late Tom and Obedience Farris. She was raised and attended school in Leon Junction.
She married John Raby Lee in 1924. He preceded her in death in 1961.
She worked for several years at the North Fort Hood Post Exchange before going to work in 1972 for the Rotunda (Canterbury Villa) Nursing Home in Gatesville. She worked there until her retirement in 1982. She was preceded in death by one son, Clarence Ray Lee. She was a member of the Cold Springs Baptist Church in Flat.
Survivors include three sons, Rex Alvin Lee of Waco, Joe Raby Lee of Guymon, Okla. and James Curtis Lee of Ireland; two brothers, Jim Farris and Andrew Farris, both of Belton; 11 grandchildren and 11 greatgrandchildren.
