S. G. ABERNATHY
S. G. Abernathy died Christmas morning. He developed blood poisoning from a slight scratch on his hand. His brother, Dr. F. A. ABERNATHY, was called to his bedside. The funeral services were held at the Baptist church Thursday, by his pastor, Rev. G. H. STEGLAR and interment in the Fairmount cemetery. He leaves his father, six brothers, his wife, three daughters and a son. In the death of STERLING ABERNATHY, the county loses a true nobleman.
