Pauline McAllister Warren, age 91 of Dalton, passed away Sunday, April 6, 2008 at Hamilton Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Warren; 4 sisters, Joyce Bryant, Lillian Stewart, Louise Williams and Frankie Boyd; 2 brothers, J. C. & Charlie McAllister. She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church for 63 years.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Alice & Roy Baker of Dalton, Phyllis Rodkin of Ellijay, Brenda & Eric Maier of Dawsonville; son & daughter-in-law, Larry & Rachel Warren of Ellijay; grandchildren, Kathy & Jeff Langford, Rebecca Rodkin, Brad & Tara Rodkin, Traci Swanson, Brooks & Amanda Swanson, Blake Swanson, Sanna & Chris Wise, Dana & Rev. Ben Smith; great-grandchildren, Brandon and Ethan Langford, Hunter Rodkin, Abi and Adah Swanson, Benjamin, Micah and Molly Smith, Ansley and Caleb Wise; very special brothers & sister-in-law, Ed & Thelma McAllister and Leon McAllister, all of Dalton; nieces and nephew; many thanks to the staff of Regency Park Health Care and Hamilton Hospice.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, April 9, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Walter Hare and Rev. Bill Gardner officiating. The body will lie in state at the church one hour before the service. Burial will be in Poplar Springs Cemetery. A White Dove Release Ceremony will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Hamilton Hospice, P.O. Box 1168, Dalton, GA 30722
