Jimmy Dean Pruitt, 46, of 110 Wall Court died December 27, 2009 at his home. A native of Spartanburg County, he was the son of Frances Gibbs Pruitt and the late Paul Edward Pruitt and husband of Kelly Sanders Pruitt.
He was of the Baptist faith. His main desire in life was to be successful and leave behind a legacy of his achievements. He was a certified Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by three brothers, Edward D. (Wanda) of Landrum, David P. (Judy) of Spartanburg, Kenny C. (Pam) of Landrum, sister in law, Gail of Landrum, numerous nieces and nephews and was predeceased by a brother, Robert K.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Petty Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Petty Funeral Chapel conducted by Rev. Tommy Turner and Rev. Henry Coley.
Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
