Born in Boston, daughter of the late Patrick and Mary (Dolan) Dolan, she was a resident of Marblehead for 53 years.
Mrs. Glancy was a Navy veteran of World War One, serving as a yeoman.
She was a member of the Hubbs Community Club of Marblehead, the Marblehead Women's Club and Our Lady Star of the Sea Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Capt. Thomas J. Glancy, Jr., USN, of Norfolk, Va.; a daughter, Mrs. John Wade (Virginia L.) Blute of Danvers; six grandchildren and a great grandchild.
Her funeral will be held from her late residence, 18 Birch St., Saturday morning, with a Funeral Mass in Our Lady Star of the Sea Church at 11.
