Inez A. (DeMott) Franchetto, 82, died Sunday, Feb. 25, 2001, at Vencor Hospital South. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
She was born Aug. 27, 1918. She married Jasper J. Franchetto. He preceded her in death. Survivors include three brothers, Joseph A., David "Bud" and Richard C. DeMott; and two stepdaughters, Marilyn Guinn and Rosalie Houston.
She was employed for 41 years by Indiana Bell as a manager.
She was a member of Telephone Pioneers and Chapel Rock Christian Church.
A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Conkle Funeral Home in Speedway. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crown Hill Cemetery in Indianapolis.
