Indianapolis News - Saturday, March 27, 1926:
Mr. and Mrs. John W. Holtzman announce the engagement of their daughter, Violet West Holtzman, to George Harvey Doane of Cleveland. The wedding will take place in the early summer. Miss Holtzman will be graduated from Tudor Hall in June. Mr. Doan until recently was stationed at Ft. Benjamin Harrison as second lieutenant. He is graduated from West Point.
