Benjamin Cochran-Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of Peers Funeral Service for Benjamin F. Cochran, 84, 415 S. C St. He died Wednesday in a Tulare hospital.
Cochran was a native of Paris, Texas and had lived in Tulare for the past 37 years. He was a retired warehouseman for a packing company. He was a member of Bethel Assembly of God, the Modern Woodsmen of America and belong to the Teamsters Union.
He is survived by two sons, John Cochran and Ben G. Cochran, both of Tulare; a daughter Billie Ruminer, Tulare; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; a brother, Howard Cochran, Hotenville, Okla., and two sisters, Sue Patton, Lakeport, and Helen Chapman, Mangum, Okla.
Burial will be in Tulare Cemetery, next to his wife Inez Cochran, who died May 27, 1973.
