Mrs. Nora Vandeventer
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. today in the Immanuel Baptist Church for Mrs. Nora B. Vandeventer, 74, of 910-B N. Buchanan.
The Rev. Jim Scott, pastor, will officiate. He will be assisted by the Rev. Jack Sutton, pastor of the North Amarillo Christian Church.
Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Lakeview.
Mrs. Vandeventer was found dead in her home about 9 p.m. Tuesday. Death was believed to have occurred some 24 hours earlier, but no autopsy was ordered.
A native of Alabama, she had been an Amarillo resident since 1956 and had previously lived in Memphis.
She was a member of the Immanuel Baptist Church.
