Dan Worthey, 63, Harvest Rt. 1, died Sunday at 10:20 p.m. at the Fifth Avenue Hospital in Huntsville.

Funeral services are today at 4 p.m. at McConnell Funeral Home with burial in Roselawn Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mamie Worthey; two daughters, Mrs. Roy Wales and Mrs. Joe Balch; a son, Robert Worthey; two brothers, Roland Worthey and Will Worthey; five sisters, Mrs. Hattie Martin, Mrs. Bessie Pike, Mrs. Etta McAllister, Mrs. Jennie Smith and Mrs. Leola Pike.
