Wm. M. Shoemaker died on Thursday afternoon at his home at Kernsville from a complication of diseases, aged 57 years. He was a member of Allentown Lodge No. 129, Loyal Order of Moose. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alice, nee Lesser, Shoemaker; five sons, Robert, Orefield; Elmer, Coplay, R. 1; Walter, Raymond and William, at home, three daughters, Bertha and Alice, at home, and Mrs. Martin Snyder, Orefield, R. 1.; a brother, Ray Shoemaker, Reading, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Sterner, Lyons, and Mrs. Charles Brensinger, Huffs Church. The funeral will be held on Tuesday afternoon at 12.30 o'clock at his late home, followed by services and burial at Huff's Church, Berks county, at 2.30 o'clock.
