Kenneth J. McLoughlin, 64, died Monday, December 1, 2008 at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Newark, he resided in Bridgewater before moving to Branchburg 22 years ago. Kenneth served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era. Mr. McLoughlin served as a former mayor of Branchburg Township from 1992 to 1996. He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton R.C. Church in Three Bridges. Kenneth enjoyed spending quality time with his family and also time with his friends at their mystery club social events. He was preceded in death by his father, William in 1967. Surviving are his beloved wife of 30 years, Donna Christensen McLoughlin, his cherished daughter, his loving son, his beloved mother, Eleanor McLoughlin , his beloved sister, and his beloved brother.
