Bobby Moore Passed Away Last Weekend after Year's Illness

Friends were saddened Thursday evening of last week, when it was learned that little William Robert Moore, seven-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Moore of Saratoga had suddenly passed away. The boy, who had been in ill health the past year, died of a cerebral hemorrhage.

Bobby, as he was known to everyone, had been suffering from a cerebral growth for a number of months, and in August of this year, was taken to Denver for an operation. Although serious, the boy recovered quickly from the operation, and had been attending the local school the last several weeks. It is said he attended school as usual Thursday forenoon. However, not feeling well, he remained home that afternoon, and his death came unexpectedly about 9:00 that night.

Bobby was born in Saratoga, December 13, 1934, and this year entered the third grade. He was a bright, happy and cheerful little chap, and during his brief days in school, had won the hearts of both his teachers and classmates. His death came as a dark shadow, both to his little friends and the members of his family.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock at the Presbyterian Church. Rev. Arthur Campbell of the Community Church was in charge of the service and burial was in the Saratoga Cemetery.

Bobby is survived by his parents, three sisters and one brother, his grandmother, Mrs. Nell Williams, and other relatives.
