Elizabeth Hughes Bright, 83, of Myrtle Beach Estates, Myrtle Beach, formerly of Smith Road, Laurens, died November 5, 2009, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center.
She was the widow of the late James Alver Bright, Jr. Born in Laurens, she was a daughter of the late Joseph C. and Liddie Mae Hill Hughes. Mrs. Bright retired from J.P Stevens Watts Plant. A member of Second Baptist Church in Laurens, she was also a member of the Order of the Amaranth, Rose Court No. 13 for 50 years and the White Shrine of Jerusalem.
She is survived by a daughter Cindy Bright of Myrtle Beach.
