Lee Denney was born November 13, 1924 and departed this life Saturday, January 16, 2010 reaching the age of 85 years. He was the son of the late Grant and Hattie (Guffey) Denney.
He is survived by: his wife, Hazel Denney of Monticello, KY; 2 sons, Bobby Denney of Livingston, TN and Roger Denney of Indianapolis, IN; 1 daughter, Betty Bolyard of Indiana; 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and several great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by: 1 brother, Richard Denney of Somerset, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Grant and Hattie Guffey. he was preceded in death by: his first wife, Mazzie (Coffey) Denney; 3 brothers, Clint, Ed, and Albert Denney; and 3 sisters, Elsie Denney, Lula Coffey, and Lena Hunt.
He was a loving husband, father, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
