In the year of 1885, she was united in marriage to George W. White at Circleville, Ohio. They moved to Anthony Kans. making their home at that place until they moved to Okla. in March 1894. To this union were born four children: William Franklin (b.1887); Eithel Georgia (b.1889); Neva Mae (b.1892); and Fred Cecil (b.1896).

On January 24 Sarah suffered a stroke of paralysis, and on February 2nd the Heavenly Father called her home to be with him.

Funeral services were conducted at the home Saturday Feb'y 4th by Rev. J. H. St. John. Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Smith of Wakita had charge of the interment in the Manchester Cemetery.
