MRS. RACHEL SNOOK TAKEN BY DEATH
DERBY - Mrs. Rachel Snook, after a brief illness, peacefully passed away here in her home, Wednesday afternoon, December 29th, 1949.
During her illness she was cared for by her three children, Mrs. Alma Pollard, a nurse in Detroit, Michigan, Mrs. Cora Mahale, of Kansas City, Kansas, and Ralph Snook, of Derby, also other relatives.
Her funeral services were held in the Presbyterian church here on Friday morning at 10 o'clock, conducted by Rev. J. E. Clark, pastor of the Methodist church and burial was made in the Goshen cemetery beside her husband, who preceded her in death many years ago.
The deepest of sympathy from innumerable friends is extended to the bereaved family and relatives.
