Mabel Turner
Last rites were conducted Monday in the Bell chapel, Birmingham, Mich., for Mrs. Mabel L. BEATTIE TURNER, 62, Bloomfield Hills, Mich., a former Rochester resident. She died Saturday morning at her home.
Born Aug. 11, 1904, in Rochester, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur BEATTIE. She attended Rochester high school and South Bend Business college. She was married Sept. 9, 1924 to Paul J. TURNER, who survives. She was a member of the Christian Science church and the Eastern Star at Birmingham.
Surviving with the husband are two sisters, Mrs. Grace APT, Rochester, and Mrs. Bessie BLAKE, South Bend, and two brothers, Harry BEATTIE, Sheridan, and Don BEATTIE, South Bend. A sister, Mrs. Pearl PENCE, San Luis Obispo, Cal., preceded in death.
