Mrs. Mihm Dies At Her Home Here After Long Illness
Mrs Theresa Mihm, widow of Charles Mihm, died at her home at 1516 N. Fourth street, Tuesday evening at 9 o'clock, following a lingering illness.
She was born at Mt Calvary Nov. 26, 1858, and was united in marriage with Charles Mihm in 1882 at New York City where the couple lived for several years. Then they moved to Sheboygan and lived here ever since. Mr Mihm died 24 years ago.
Mrs Mihm was a member of the St Ann's Christian Mother society and of the mission society of the Holy Name church. She was a home-loving wife and mother, deeply devoted to her family and church. She had a kind word for everyone and was always happy and smiling, ready to help someone in need. She was loved by all who knew her.
The survivors are seven children, Frank of New York, Albert and Rudolph of this city, Mrs A. E. McDonald of Mercedes, Texas and William, Henry and Ida, at home. There are also 12 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs Catherine Kaiser of Fond du Lac and Mrs Gustav Mihm of St Cloud, Wis.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 8:30 o'clock at the family residence, 1516 N. Fourth street and at 9 o'clock at the Holy Name church. The Rev. Philipp Dries will officiate and burial will be made in the Calvary cemetery.
