Agness Wilson was the daughter of Captain James Wilson and Amelia Burgess Wilson. She moved to Livingston Co KY from Caswell Co NC with her parents in the Spring of 1811.
She married James Pringle in Livingston Co KY on July 13, 1820. James and Agness had no children but they raised or cared for at least three of her sibling's children or grandchildren. They are as follows:
1)Sophronia (daughter of William B. Wilson) who married Robert H. Parker (Sophronia frequently used the Pringle name in her early years);
2)William Henry Harrison Adcock (son of Margaret Peggy Wilson Craig Adcock);
3)Agnes Elizabeth "Lizzie" Adcock (daughter of James Adcock who was the son of Margaret Peggy Wilson Adcock) who married J. A. Utley.
