This may be the David C. Bainter showing having died in July (1859?) in the 1860 Mortality Census of Buckskin, Ross, Ohio, aged 3 months. Contemporary Census records show, if this was the same David, he may have been the son of Simon Bender and Margaret Stuckey who were living in Buckskin Township, Ross County, Ohio during that time.
