Our beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Ruth Snow Kofford, passed away June 10, 1996, Evanston, Wyo.

Born September 6, 1910 in Sterling, Utah, daughter of Irving D. and Arsenath Emerett Funk Snow.

Married Cecil L. Kofford, April 4, 1935 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

She was a member of the Friendship Club in Duchesne.

Active member of LDS Church where she gave much time to the scouting program and worked in school lunch.

Survived by children, LaWana (Vaughn) Jensen, Genola, Utah; Gerald (Nancy) Kofford and Dennis (Linda) Kofford, all of Mountain View, Wyoming; 15 grandchildren; 30 great grandchildren; sister, Alice Swasey, Murray; many step brothers and sisters.

Preceded in death by husband; children, Cecil "LaVern" Kofford and Rennae K. Palmer; grandson, Cory; sister, Clara Siler; brother, Art.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. at the Duchesne Stake Center, 901 North 500 East, Duchesne, utah.

Friends may call Friday, 5-7 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road, Salt Lake City and Saturday at the church in Duchesne, 10-11 a.m.

Interment, Duchesne City Cemetery.
