It has been said by a grandaughter that his name was Frank Manford Graves. A second grandaughter says that his middle name was not Manford but that it was Marion. His headstone says Frank M. Graves. For those of us who have done extensive research of this Graves family line we have always heard and known him as Francis Ewen Graves. Go figure. Death certificate information states that the cause of death was Portal Cirrhosis of the liver. The death location is listed as Strawberry Plains in Knox County. His wife Lucy Browning Graves was the informant on the death certificate. The information on the death certificate was submitted by Don Sanford.
