Mrs. Bert Milliman received word last Friday that her father, Bert Dean, of Wayland had been killed in an automobile accident. The family attended the funeral at Wayland Monday.
Frank Curry and family of Pavilion are visiting the family of Bert Milliman at this place.

Mrs. Bert Milliman
The sister of a Wayland man and woman, Mrs. Bessie M. Milliman, 86, of Portville died Friday (July 22, 1977) in Genesee Memorial Hospital.
The widow of Bert Milliman, she was a member of the Pavilion Baptist Church.
Surviving are seven daughters, Mrs. Maurice Wilbur of Pavilion, Mrs. Lottie Bates of Perry, Mrs. Clara Conroy of Hornell, Mrs. Mae Lyke of West Rush, Mrs. Rita Barker of California, Mrs. Charlotte Carey of Portageville and Mrs. Shirley Theetge of Pavilion; her sister, Mrs. Lillian McDonald of Wayland; three brothers, Walter Dean of Wayland and Earl and Richmond, both of Pennsylvania; 31 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
A funeral service was conducted Monday in Pavilion. Burial was in Pavilion Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Fund.
