Dianna (DeDe) Divelbiss Farnham, 43, died unexpectedly on September 21, 2009 at home.
DeDe was born March 23, 1966 to Robert and Gloria Divelbiss in Denver, CO. Her family moved to Des Moines in 1977 where she graduated from Hoover High School in 1984.
She married her best friend, Matt on August 18, 1995. They recently returned to the Des Moines area after living in Mesa, AZ for the last 13 years. DeDe was employed by the U.S. Post Office in several branches throughout the Phoenix area until her health no longer allowed her to work.
She was an avid reader, enjoyed making jewelry, listening to Josh Groban, and spending time with her husband, friends, and chihuahuas.
DeDe is survived by her husband, Matt, her mother, Gloria Divelbiss, her brother, Robert, Jr. and his wife Kassi, her niece Taylor and nephew Jaydon, her beloved Chihuahuas Farrah and Chonga, and many close friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Sr.
A celebration of her life will occur Friday, September 25, starting at 5 p.m. at The Game Sports Bar, 3719 NW 86th Street, Urbandale.
