I have done extensive research on my Berkbigler ancestors. I was checking the Find-a-Grave website and I found the above memorial. I have not found any records reflecting the name of Adam--only Joseph.
The tombstone reflects the name of Joseph, not Adam. At this time, I have not found a baptismal record to prove either name.

The St. Maurus actual church records reflect Joseph Berkbigler died 6 November, 1892.
