Mary Lee Crass, 91 of Oliver Springs, died Monday, April 2, 2001, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.

Mrs. Crass was born July 22, 1909, in Hancock County, the daughter of Henry and Almira Livesay Fletcher.

She was a homemaker and member of Kellytown Baptist Church.

She was the widow of Charles Crass.

Mrs. Crass is survived by her daughter, Rebecca Ruffner and her husband, William L. Ruffner, of Oliver Springs; her son, Howard Crass of Oliver Springs; her sister, Grace Borum of Oliver Springs; her grandsons, Mark Crass and his wife, Dee, of Harrah, Okla., Brad Crass and his wife, Shelley, of Summertown, Tenn., Eric Crass of Knoxville and Andy Crass and his wife, Christy, of Clinton; and by six great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by another son, the Rev. Jack Crass, and by two brothers and two sisters, Kyle Fletcher, Bill Fletcher, Mattie Johnson and Joy Fletcher.

A private graveside service will be held Thursday, April 5, at Oak Ridge Memorial Park with the Rev. Mack Smith officiating.

Friends may call at their convenience between noon and 4:30 today, April 4, at Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs.
