William A. Bailey, 14, of Rice's Grove, Town of Otisco, died of April 20, at State University Hospital after a long illness. Born in England, he was a resident of the United States most of his life and attended Tully Central School and Amber Congregational Church. Surviving are his parents, Mr. & Mrs. William Bailey; a brother, Michael Bailey; three sisters, Yvonne, Trisha, and Tina Bailey; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ada Elliott.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. at the Norris Funeral Home, 33 North Street., Marcellus, te Rev. Stephen A. Kish officiating. Burial will be in Pine Ridge Cemetery, Navarino.
