Mr Hogbin had not been feeling well for some time. At the Farmers' and Merchants' National Bank, of this city, where Mr. Hogbin has been night watchman ever since the bank was organized, this morning an Evening News reporter was told that he had been complaining of ill health for the past week and on last Friday went home to recuperate and has not since been back at the bank.

He was well known and liked throughout the county and the utmost sympathy is expressed everywhere for his bereaved family at this time, Mrs. Hogbin, daughter, Mrs. Jacob Mulford, and Mr. Hogbin's sister, Mrs. Clarence Eldridge.

The funeral will take place on Thursday at 1 p.m. from his late home in Cedarville. Interment will be in the cemetery of the Old Stone Church.
