He married Susan Beaver and fathered Isabella R. (b. @1866 - married William Henry Conn), Emma Barbara (b. 05/30/68 - married Isaac Merril Casselberry), and Julia Alice (b. 09/12/75 - married Austin Edward and Samuel Ritter). Susan's status is unknown, but he married Mary Catherine Unger March 2, 1893, in Chambersburg.
He died in Black Gap, Franklin County.
