DEATH YOUNG MOTHER, MRS. HORACE N. BAXTER
At the age of 22, ill for only four days with uremic poisoning, Mrs. Horace N.
Baxter died this morning at the home 8 miles southwest of the city, and a
husband and 20-months-old child mourn the death. Mrs. Baxter was a daughter of
Wm. Martin, and she came from Illinois. Funeral and burial Monday at 2 oclock
at Knight Ridge, in charge of Rev. Chafin.

LAST TRIBUTE
The funeral and burial of Mrs. Horace Baxter, age 22, who died Saturday at her
home 8 miles southeast of the city, after a brief illness of uremic poisoning,
was yesterday at 2 oclock at Knights church in charge of Rev. W. C. Chafin and
the large attendance was the fitting tribute of love and esteem in which the
young wife and mother was held. The pallbearers were: Frank Bright, William,
Joseph and Richard Baxter, W.P. Sitton and John Meadows.
