David Theodore Lobe
Died at the Samaritan hospital at Moses Lake on Friday morning, following a prolonged illness. Funeral services were at Wenatchee with burial in Odessa. Mr. Lobe was born at Odessa in 1902, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gust Lobe, pioneers. He worked in the Odessa and Lind area, and lived at Wenatchee for 20 years before moving to Moses Lake in 1950. He is survived by his wife, two sons, and a daughter at home; three sons and four daughters by a former marriage; two brothers, three sisters, and 11 grandchildren. ref: Odessa Record 7 Mar 1957 [excerpt]
