Maria Barbara Hardung was born in Frank, Russia. She was the daughter of Johannes Hardung and Elisabeth Stroh. Maria married Johann Georg Heimbigner 29 Jan 1891 in Frank, and three children were born in America. George and Barbara, with their young son George, immigrated to America in 1899 and settled first in Walla Walla, Washington, and in 1901 they moved and settled a few miles southwest of Odessa, Washington. Their children are: George F., Jacob, Conrad, Adolph, Reuben, and Martin.
