OBITUARY - Plain Dealer, Wabash (IN)

Mrs. Margaret Ann Owen, 79, years old, 251 North Fisher street, died in her home here Sunday morning at 12:50 o'clock after an ill ness of five years. She had been bedfast since Dec. 15.

The decedent was born in Wabash county on Jan. 26, 1869, the daughter of George and Elizabeth (Harold) Coon. She had been a resident of this city for the last 56 years and was a member of the Central Evangelical United Brethren church. She also was a member of the Spanish-American Auxilliary.

Her marriage to Abner R. Owen occurred in this county in 1889 and he died on July 191, 1919.

Survivors include three sons, Homer, Chicago, Jesse, Dayton, O. and Garl, this city; five grandchidren and nine great-grandchildren. Six brothers and a daughter, Mrs. Nellie Rettig, preceded her in death.

The body was taken to the Hoover-Miner Funeral home where friends may call and where services will be conducted Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clcok. The Rev. F.I. Willmert will officiate and burial will be in Falls cemetery.
