Daughter of Isaac C. Houck and Elizabeth Jane Waters. Married first to Clarence H. Rhodes who died 20 Dec 1909.

MRS. FRANCIS WHEELER - Died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Eva M. Dailey of 75 Division street, Kingston, at 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon. She was born May 15, 1858 at Williamsburg, the daughter of Isaac and Elizabeth (Watters) Houck. Her husband died 38 years ago. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Dailey of Kingston, two sons, J.C. Rhodes of Long Island, N.Y. and C.W. Rhodes of Altoona, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Mrs. Wheller was a resident of Altoona for many years, a member of the Kingston Methodist church and formerly a member of the Eighth Avenue Methodist church of Altoona. Friends may call at the Lafferty funeral home after noon Thursday.

WHEELER - Funeral services for Mrs. Francis Rhodes Wheeler, formerly of Altoona, will be held from the funeral home of John P. Lafferty Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock. Interment in Presbyterian Cemetery, Hollidaysburg. Friends are being received at the funeral home of John P. Lafferty after noon Thursday.
