Cecilia M. Belter, 90, Greensburg, died Thursday, March 19, 1992, at St. Vincent Hospital. Born on April 19, 1901, in Shelby County, a daughter of Frank and Cresentia (Fischer) Weintraut. On January 14, 1933 she married Edwin Belter, who preceded her in death on January 5, 1973. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church. Survivors are a son, Donald Belter, Greensburg and three grandsons. One son, two brothers and four sisters preceded her in death.
