and Alma(Goeth) Kliem in El Campo TX.
Alma had three children by Ernest:
TWIN SONS: Willie and Wilber Kliem in 1920
Daughter: LaValla Selma Kliem in 1921

After Alma's death, their children Willie (age 15) and LaValla (age 14) were taken in and nurtured by Clarence E Rogers 'Uncle Toots' and their Aunt Mary Janssen Rogers (Alma's sister) . As a result of the Rogers home encouragement, guidance and devotion, the children grew to become happy, spirited and productive adults.
