ORONOGO, Mo.—Services for Earl Elwood Barton, 76 years old, 107 Davis street, who died Friday morning in Jane Chinn Memorial hospital, will be at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the Hedge-Lewis chapel with Walter Walker, president of the Reorganized Church of Latter Day Saints, Elder A. N. Alderman and Elder Walter Tomlinson officiating. Burial will be in Oronogo cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Glen West, Don Board, John Boyd, Bill Cary, Lislie (sic) Cahill and George Hickam.

Mr. Barton was born in Douglas county, Kan., in 1888. He was employed by the Webb City and Carterville foundry, and later the Webb Corporation for 36 years. He formerly resided in Webb City.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Erma Barton of the residence; two sons, Elwood Barton and Leslie Barton of Los Angeles; a stepson, Gene Mapes of Oronogo; a brother, Clyde Barton of Cherokee, Kan.; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Owens of Carl Junction, Mrs. Clara Gorden of Weir, Kan., and Mrs. Ada Price of Williamsburg, Kan., eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

ORONOGO, Mo.—Earl Elwood Barton, 76 years old, 107 Davis street, died at 5:46 o'clock this morning at Jane Chinn hospital at Webb City where he had been a patient since Sunday.

Mr. Barton was born in Douglas county, Kan., in 1888. He was employed by the Webb City and Carterville foundry, and later the Webb Corporation for 36 years. He formerly resided in Webb City.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Erma Barton of the residence; two sons, Elwood Barton and Leslie Barton of Los Angeles; a stepson, Gene Mates of Oronogo; a brother, Clyde Barton of Cherokee, Kan.; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Owens of Carl Junction, Mrs. Clara Gorden of Weir, Kan., and Mrs. Ada Price of Williamsburg, Kan., eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
