Christie Gail Campbell, 29, of Oak Ridge, died Monday, March 12, 2007 at Fort Sanders Parkwest Medical Center.

She was born October 26, 1977 in Oak Ridge, the daughter of John Richard Young and Emma Sue Honeycutt Fritts Young, who survive her.

She was a 1996 graduate of Oak Ridge High School and attended the Tennessee Technology Center in Harriman. She was a member of the Oak Ridge Church of Christ.

Mrs. Campbell was a Commercial Driver with Auto Zone. She loved working on cars and remodeling them with her husband. She was also an animal lover and enjoyed her pets.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Campbell is survived by:
Her husband of 7 years, Mark Daniel Campbell;
Her in-laws, Pam and Scott Hines and
step-sister-in-law, Holly Hines, a 7th grader at Jefferson Middle
School;
Brothers-in-law, Matthew Campbell and wife Heather of Hopkinsville, KY and Michael Campbell of Lafayette, IN;
Cousins, Cherie Spillers and husband Wayne and
Casey Young, all of Thomaston, GA;
Barry Brown and wife Cindy of Crossville,
Jeff Brown and wife April and
Dereck Brown and wife Sarah, all of Jellico,
Kevin Brown and wife Christie of Knoxville,
Jamie Brown and
Terry Hill and wife Merlene, all of Jacksboro,
Tim Hill and
Christopher Honeycutt, both of LaFollette and
Wesley Forbus and Ashley Forbus of King, NC.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 15, 2007 at 8pm at Weatherford Mortuary with Henry H. Horton officiating. Graveside services are Friday at 11am at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.

The family asks that any memorials be in the form of contributions to the American Diabetes Association. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6 – 8pm at Weatherford Mortuary. An on-line guest book can be signed at www.weatherfordmortuary.com
